Nestled in the heart of the Mediterranean, our boutique hotel reinterprets a timeless architectural element: curtains. More than just decorative features, curtains have long been an integral part of Mediterranean homes, offering privacy while allowing the breeze to flow through balconies and terraces.

In this series, we explore the idea of standalone residences that seamlessly blend into their surroundings, complemented by communal dining spaces designed for shared experiences. Here, architecture is softened by textiles, creating spaces that feel both intimate and open—an interplay between shelter and exposure, tradition and modernity.

Drawing from our own memories, we see these flowing fabrics as more than just partitions; they are storytellers of the Mediterranean way of life. They sway gently with the wind, framing views, filtering light, and fostering a dynamic relationship between the built environment and nature. Through this design, we aim to revive a familiar yet often overlooked element, celebrating the poetic and functional role of curtains in Mediterranean architecture.
